Consultation slots are confirmed after payment. Personalised reports are delivered digitally within the communicated timeline, typically 48 hours. Delays, if any, are communicated proactively.

Conduct

We reserve the right to decline service in cases of abusive behaviour or misuse of our platforms.

Grievance Redressal

If you have a complaint about anything we have published or any service you have used, write to reports.team@astrovedansh.com marked "Grievance". Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
